5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out or booking fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, staff illness, or events outside our control.

6. Warranties & Consumer Guarantees

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products where applicable. Labour warranties may be provided separately and will be explained at the time of service.

Ensure pets and children are kept away during work

We may stop work if conditions are unsafe.
